Ive been looking for a waterproof eye pencil! i’ve never been able to apply liquid eyeliner and its hard to find a good pencil that is really waterproof. I’ll be trying this out in the pool this summer! It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single stroke, which was easily built up to full coverage using shorter, more overlapping strokes. The texture was just barely creamy, so it was more comfortable to use it in shorter strokes than a longer, more fluid stroke. It lasted for eight and a half hours before thinning noticeably.
